The Edwards Metropolitan District does not issue business licenses or permits. Business licenses and permits are issued by the appropriate governing agencies, which may include Eagle County, the State of Colorado, and other regulatory authorities depending on the type and location of the business. Certain businesses may also be required to register with the Colorado Secretary of State or obtain a Colorado sales tax license.
