Edwards Metro District (EMD) is excited to partner with the Eagle County Conservation District (ECCD) to bring the Beyond Lawn program to our community. This initiative helps residents reduce outdoor water use while supporting native landscapes and biodiversity.

Through ECCD, homeowners of EMD can receive a Landscape and Irrigation Evaluation—a $100 value fully covered by Edwards Metro District for district residents. The evaluation includes:

• On-site landscape and irrigation review by Beyond Lawn specialists
• Identification of irrigation inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Customized plant lists and conservation project recommendations
• A detailed report outlining water and cost-saving strategies

Additional ECCD Programs Available to the Public

While not funded by EMD, these ECCD programs are open to all:

• Turf Replacement Rebate – $1/sqft, up to $5,000
• Irrigation System Rebate – 75/25 cost-share, up to $5,000
• Workshops – Topics include water-wise landscaping, irrigation systems, and native plant design
• Noxious Weed Cost-Share Program
• Native Grass & Wildflower Seed Sales
