RESIDENTIAL REBATES

Weatherization BONUS Rebate: up to $500 when a homeowner completes an air sealing and/or insulation upgrade and meets/exceeds requirements of the Energy Smart Colorado rebate program through Walking Mountains

Heat Pump BONUS Rebate: up to $500 when a homeowner installs a heat pump and/or a heat pump water heater and meets/exceeds requirements of the Energy Smart Colorado rebate program through Walking Mountains

Electric Vehicle and EV Charging Rebates: up to $1,000 for purchasing a new or used EV or installing an EV Charger

All of the above incentives will not exceed 90% of the project cost when all incentives are combined (including regular ESC incentives, utility rebate, and grants)

COMMERCIAL / MULTIFAMILY BUILDING REBATES

Weatherization BONUS Rebate: up to $500 when a business completes an air sealing and/or insulation upgrade and meets/exceeds requirements of the Energy Smart Colorado rebate program through Walking Mountains

Heat Pump BONUS Rebate: up to $500 when a business installs a heat pump or VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) heat pump system and/or a heat pump water heater and meets/exceeds requirements of the Energy Smart Colorado rebate program through Walking Mountains

Electric Vehicle and EV Charging Rebates: up to $1,000 for purchasing a new or used EV or installing an EV Charger

BONUS Rebate for Building Management System (BMS) / Building Automation System (BAS), VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), Smart Panels, Lighting Controls for LEDs, and Smart/Programmable Thermostats: up to $1,000 for implementing any of this technology

All of the above incentives will not exceed 75% of the project cost when all incentives are combined (including regular ESC incentives, utility rebate, and grants)

• ENERGY COACH – talk with us at Walking Mountains (before starting your project)
• REBATE REQUIREMENTS – verify your project meets minimum specifications/requirements
• REBATE APPLICATION – complete online (after your project is completed/paid)
• PHOTOS / DOCUMENTATION – gather and provide to your Energy Coach
• UTILITY REBATES – ask your Walking Mountains Energy Coach to guide you
