Edwards is an unincorporated community made up of multiple subdivisions, some of which are in Edwards Metropolitan District and other subdivisions have their own metropolitan district, all within the greater Edwards area.  Edwards is lucky enough to have world-class communities nearby.  Each offering their own amenities and sense of place, these communities are a part of what makes the greater Edwards area a great place to live and recreate. 

Arrowhead

The gated Arrowhead Village is known for its convenient location in Edwards near Beaver Creek Mountain Resort.  Everything one needs in any season is within walking distance from golf to chair lifts and even great dining. Vista at Arrowhead Restaurant is open to the public in the Country Club of the Rockies Clubhouse.

Cordillera
