Board Members

Joanna Kerwin, President

Joanna received her BA in Accounting from Texas A&M. With a diversified career, Joanna has owned and operated two retail businesses, as well as being a Sales Manager, covering an 11 state territory for 10 years.

Joanna moved into the banking industry as a Business Banking Consultant and then into Wealth Management as a Private Banker. She passed both FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Series 7 and 66 exams. Joanna gained incredible knowledge and insight into managing and maintaining large budgets, understanding in depth financial decisions and the long and short term ramifications affected by those operations.

Following her career in the banking industry, Joanna embarked on her dreams and moved into the real estate industry. Joanna and her business partner are the Vail Valley Team with Engel & Volkers.

Giving back to the community has always been a priority for Joanna. This is apparent through the many boards Joanna serves on, including the Homestead HOA where she serves as Vice President, the Mountain Recreation District Board as well as her residential Homeowners Association. Joanna was named Vail Valley Foundation’s 2020 Volunteer of the Year due to her dedication to our community.

Todd Williams, Vice President

I moved to Eagle County in 1968 and Edwards has been my home since. I am married and have two boys. I attended the public schools in Eagle County until I attended Colorado State University. In 1995, I began working for Eagle II Developers as a Construction Manager and held that position for the next thirteen years while we built the Riverwalk at Edwards. After Riverwalk was complete, I had a remodel company and worked in property management.

In 2012, I began my current position as the Community Manager for the Riverwalk at Edwards I served previously on the Edwards Metro Board from 2006 to 2013, during that time I collaborated with CDOT, Eagle County, and other Edwards Area Metro Districts on Edwards projects.

Tracy Erickson, Secretary

My service for the Edwards community began with my family moving here in 1993. I soon realized how important my community was to me and began my career as the Director of Homestead (Edwards). It is an honor to serve that community to this day, 19 years later. I also served on both the Mountain Recreation Board (WECMRD) for 8 years and Edwards Metropolitan District Board for 10 years.

While on the Edwards Metropolitan District (2006-2016) I worked collaboratively with area partners to focus on the needs of Edwards. I have a knowledge of past and current issues in front of the Board, and I believe my experience would be beneficial to the community.
